I did the same thing, and thought the same thing. . .  :big grin:

Wish we had some "new" information on this topic. It seems to be a fairly popular "unsolved mystery".

Well as you well know because of what we've discussed privately, information about old cases tends to die right along with the folks involved.  :-\

It is a subject that reappears every so often. I doubt it will ever resolved. There were so many rumors, some I know weren't true.

Well, I keep picking up some interesting commentary and unusual perspectives on the topic, even outside of this forum. Today I let a colleague read the thread from my phone at work. . . and that started a 45 minute dialog on the man and the myth. . .  :big grin:

Maybe I should write a book? Include full page crime scene pictures and I bet it becomes a minor success in the coffee table book world.

Which man?

Foley and Lind. . . and at least one that said they thought they knew a guy named Gary Lake. . .

I didn't know Gary Lake, but I knew Dr. Foley and met Dr. Lind a few times. A couple of the doctors at the hospital would talk about Dr. Lind. Most of Dr. Linda's patients really liked him.

I took the kids to Dr. Foleyone time 'cause he was the only dr. I could get to give them a gama globulin shot after they were exposed to the chicken pox. Yes, they still got chicken pox but only about 4 or 5 spots and they didn't get sick like the daughter who had them first. I also knew someone who went to dr Lind and took the oldest daughter to him for a shot because she had poison ivy so bad it was almost in her eyes. Don't remember what he gave her but it cleared it up quickly for which both she and I were very thankful. Didn't really care much for either one but they served their purpose at the time.

Never met Foley. Not sure I'd have ever wanted to.

I wasn't even around when this whole headless body thing took place.

Then why am I posting to this topic if I have nothing new to contribute?

Why, just to keep it active of course!  :icon_twisted:

I love true murder mysteries. You should write and I would buy it.
