I really need to get my album transferred to a CD.

Sorry I'm off topic here but... I really prefer the sound of vinyl. I have copied some of my collection of vinyl to CD, but only for archive purposes.

That's basically what I do.  I do have the store bought CD of that album but but they always seem to leave off some of the original album songs and add some that weren't on it.  I hate when they do that. I imagine it's a time thing but still they could at least put all the original album songs on the new CD versions.

Natasha Harris (a housewife from New Zealand) - DEAD at 30 of a heart attack.

She drank 2 gallons of Coca-Cola and smoked 30 cigarettes every day.  :spooked:  Also, she didn't eat very much.  I guess that just goes to show that you can't survive on just cigarettes and Coke.

Back from the dead so far.  Bee Gee Robin Gibbs wakes up from his coma and recovering.  So much for Socialized Medicine it has seemed to have worked for him.

  Get well, Robin.   :flower3:

That's surprising.  I thought he was toast.

So did I.  The report is that he is nodding and conversing with his family who has been bedside since the coma.  :yeah:

Former NFL great Junior Seau reportedly died in a shooting after reports of a possible suicide at his home, according to NBC San Diego and the North County Times.

Oceanside, Calif., mayor Jim Wood told the Times that he learned of the death from police chief Frank McCoy. Wood said he was told Seau, 43, died from a gunshot wound to the chest.

A housekeeper found Seau, according to the Times. A 911 call reporting a possible suicide was made to police at 10 a.m., a dispatcher said.

Chargers chaplain Shawn Mitchell told the San Diego Union-Tribune that he was notified of the death and is on his way to be with family members.

"Junior was an icon not only in San Diego but throughout the nation. Of course this will affect a lot of people, not in the least the children and kids who look up to him," Mitchell said.

"He had a great impact on many lives. He's changed my life in many ways, I'm sure."

Seau played for the Chargers, Dolphins and Patriots, retiring in 2009. He was named to the Pro Bowl 12 times and made the league's list of All-Pro starts for 10 years.

The official Chargers Twitter account sent this post: "We don't have any information right now on the Junior Seau situation. We pray he's OK."

In October 2010, Seau sustained injuries when his SUV crashed at the bottom of a Carlsbad cliff.

Oceanside police arrested Seau on a felony domestic violence charge.

Then, hours after his release from custody, Seau was found behind the wheel of an SUV that had crashed over a cliff onto the beach below.

Agreed.  He had some problems.  I'm not so sure he hasn't tried suicide before when he drove that SUV over the cliff after his release on the domestic violence charge.   Maybe this time, he just took care of business.

Brain encephalopathy. Right career and the behavioral pattern fits. Rumor has it his suicide is eerily similar to Dave Duerson's.  We shall see.
