I know N. Korea and its ruler.

Quite the social butterfly, eh? Can you see Russia from your back yard?

My guess? It's difficult for her to type with so much foot in mouth

Judging from many of her posts, I'm willing to bet that pictures work better ...

LMFAO!  Really?  So you've been there and the two of you had tea?

QuoteIf you believe anything he says or promises you are naive and I have some swamp land in florida I want to sell you, cheap!

Look, clueless, there were investigators from the International Atomic Energy Agency there for years verifying that they had no active nuclear program so it wasn't necessary to believe or disbelieve anything he said.

QuoteYou, as usual recite 1 incident that fits your point of view.

What one incident?

QuoteThere is alot more research to go

Then maybe you should pull your lips off of Bush's sphincter long enough to do some because it's obvious that you have no idea what you're talking about and you make yourself appear not only more ignorant with each passing moment but completely unwilling to learn.

QuoteYou are a good and faithful Democrat though.

Had you been paying attention, you would know that I'm not a Democrat at all but you sure are a typical gullible Republican.

Yes you are a democrat in disguise: You just don't get it. You silly, silly flea collar.
Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!

In 1994, Clinton agreed to provide $5 billion in fuel and two nuclear reactors (that are designed to produce little in the way of weapons grade plutonuim) in exchange for them freezing their nuclear program, which they did.

I was trying to stay out of this one, but this is where it comes down to DIFFERENT views on things...I find it outrageous to GIVE an amazing amount of money AND materials to MAKE someone play fair...it is like the teacher giving the playground bully his milk money so he doesn't beat up little jimmy...instead of beating his ass and telling him to knock his sh!t off....I realize we MUST use diplomacy to it's fullest measures, but peace through strength IS a valid form of diplomacy, and lives can be saved through TOUGH and MEANINGFUL words...with the integrity to back them up IF necessary.

WTF are you talking about 'play fair'.  We have nuclear missiles; how is it not fair for others to have them?  Just because we don't think they should?  Who made us the supreme commanders of the universe?  N.Korea is an impoverished country; why shouldn't they use whatever leverage they can to their advantage?  And when we cut off the oil that was supplying a good part of their electrical generating capacity, what the hell did we expect them to do for power?  Who wouldn't turn on their nuclear generator under those circumstances and when you have a country like ours who is not only threatening you but has proven willing to attack another country without reason, why wouldn't you process the spent fuel into weapons to defend yourself?

Then maybe we should supply the WORLD with nuclear missiles...that way we don't hurt someones feelings...

No, I really do, and I understand your point on .. who are we to say who can and who cannot have....but...the way I see it....somebody has too.........when you have proven whacknut leaders who claim they WILL use nukes IF they get them, such as Iran's leader...

and why is it that the US (clinton) felt it was BEST for us to give them $5 BILLION dollars and "TELL THEM" to freeze their program?

They have been reported to have had chemical weapons for decades ...in 1994, the United States believed that North Korea had enough reprocessed plutonium to produce about 10 bombs ..all of that along with the likes of kim jong il who has been linked by defectors to international terrorist activities, including the 1986 bombing of a Korean Airlines jet in which 115 people died.... do we really want to allow this guy to have nukes?

I agree that it is not in the best interest of the world for N. Korea to have nuclear missiles but we have no right to dictate that to them so we should be prepared to offer them some incentive to see things our way.  Clinton did so and they froze their program.  Bush threatened them for years and only steeled their resolve.  Which was more effective?

I know that Bush was your hero and he did it all of the time but you should try to avoid pulling "facts" out of your ass as it weakens your argument.

And there you go again with that "allow" stuff; he doesn't answer to us, ergo, doesn't need our permission.  You know, a lot of gun control advocates could use the same logic: "Do we really want to allow Henry to have guns?"

some things ARE black and white........looking at things with rose colored glasses only fools the viewer.....there is RIGHT and there is wrong....if something is wrong...somebody has GOT to fix it........and in this day and time.....fixing something is NOT an easy task, because too many chiefs and not enough indians, might be the best way to see it....

again Ex, I understand your point, it would be great if we could sit down with some of these whacknuts, and make EVERYONE happy.......but that is NOT the way it works or ever will........I think Clintons tactics only told the world, if you act crazy enough and scream loud enough, the US will give you money to support your agenda......I'm tired of liberals who claim we are the bad guys.........

Bullshit.  This country has been paying out money to countries all over the world for decades for diplomatic purposes.  Clinton didn't invent it.

Again, the proof of any strategy is in the results.  Clinton's strategy for N.Korea achieved the desired results.  Bush's had the opposite effect.  It seems pretty straightforward.

I never SAID Clinton invented it, now did I?...........I know damn well we been doing this crap for decades...and it sucks!!!
You can never prove that Clintons strategy was working.....hell if anything it is obvious, that we probably BOUGHT the shit for them....I think Bush's strategy calls them out for what they are...it is time to quit pussyfooting around with these nutjobs......the world WILL be a safer place if we do.

Yes, paying for what you want sucks.  I think I'll go get a new car tonight and when the dealer wants money, I'll just slap the piss out of him and tell him to suck it!

Which part of verification by international investigators do you have a hard time understanding?

I think that strategy screams, "small dick".
