I have to go back tomorrow.  I still have 2 report cards to do and I thought I was being so helpful by doing them in Spanish but now it takes too long to do.  Oh well.  I'll have my kids do a writing sample in the AM and get them done.

On a good note, I can count down the 9 weeks until the year ends!

 OK.... I'm gonna throttle my boss. Now she is making me work 5 days next week, 4 of those days are opening shift. Out of the 14 days I work in the past 3 weeks, 11 of those days are opening. I get soooo tired of her shoving crap on me all of the time.  Those opening days ,I'll be covering for people on vacation, and I can't even get the week I want off off.  I think I'm gonna hit her.  :icon_twisted: Stupid b**ch anyway.

I think I probably will end up quiting. I have to find something else, before I do though. It's hard to do when you don't have any education, and no job experience besides fast food. I'm just getting to old for this crap. I'm a victim of age discrimination, because they expect more out of me ,because I work with a bunch of lazy ass kids. My boss expects me to do just about everything when I'm there. The week after next Travis, our manager with marital problems is leaving, and he's one of the best workers we've got. I actually begged him not to quit LMAO!!! It didn't work though, he has already made up his mind.

Today, I vented to our assistant manager about what a load of crap our KFC has become. I told her I hate working there ,and she wanted to know why. So, I was blunt and to the point. I told her nobody ever does anything around there. The newer crew members don't do diddly squat. They don't clean, they don't stock, and they're all around lazy..... and she totally agreed with me.  :spooked: :spooked: :spooked: I stopped short of telling her to MAKE THEM DO STUFF.  My God, if the management are aware of this, and don't do anything about it, it is their fault IMO. Jesum Crow!!!  :spooked: I ought to be running the place LMAO!!!!

Maybe you need to look for openings in management!

Ya know, when I worked at a McDonald's years ago, they begged me to be a manager, but there wasn't much more pay,and you had to put up with a lot of crap. I can't really see working that many hours a week. I'm too by the book for KFC management. I wouldn't put up with the laziness that the management do now. If it was me, I'd clean house, and fire most of the people we've got there now,and hire a crew that was older. Kids are extremely lazy these days, and that doesn't cut it with me.

Why not, Dex? You said that you wanted to look for other work, but wasn't sure where to look. Stay where you are, clean house and turn it into a better working environment. If nothing else, you'll earn extra skills that will make you even more marketable when you decide to find another job.

It may not be as time consuming as you think.  If you work smart and efficiently then you can probably get their job done a lot faster than they do with little complaints!!!  I think you would be great at it.  You obviously know how that place ticks (and what to do when chicken wings are gone!).

I would love to clean house, but I'm not in a situation where I could. I haven't got the time to invest. Hell, it's killing me to do 5 days a week. I've opened 3 days this week, and I'm pratically dead LMAO!!! Two more to go, and 5 next week.

LOL!!!! Now we have a  10 pc all dark meat special, and we're going to be out, because the distributor can't keep up with the demand.  It should be interesting by Friday.  Us register people bear the brunt of it when that crap happens, like it's our fault.

Well, my boss' twisted agenda backfired on her LMAO!!! Travis is possibly getting back together with his wife. I asked him the other day if he wanted to divorce his wife, and he said no. This morning I told my boss that he still loves his wife, and wants to stay married. She said she knows that.  So, what has she accomplished lets see...

1) She caused Travis to have a nervous breakdown.
2) Travis tried to commit suicide.
3) She didn't end up getting her hands on him.
4) She lost one of her best workers.

I'd say that backfired miserably. HA HA Dumb beotch!!!  :icon_twisted:

DAMN THE PROMOTIONS!

But I did get a 1 piece dinner last night and it was tasty!  I always want more mashed taters when I'm done.  I'm just going to have to skip the green beans and go with double potatoes.  I know that would do very little for my figure but I had just come from circuit training and I deserved it!!  :smitten:
