PROVE IT!
I know this isn't the kind of proof you're looking for but after hearing what I did I called and got on the budget and made sure every thing, windows and such, were properly sealed up, and did the steps to keep the gas bill from increasing too badly while it was still warm.  I've known since about July rates were going to have to go up and thought they already has somewhat since Dec.  As soon as things slow down for me I will get the proof you are wanting, or sooner if I get a chance.

All of this and there is a supposed gas glut.  :haha:  :haha:  They said that the gas companies were going to cut the gas to raise the price.  I guess they did it.  Do you really think the Republicans in the congress gives a damn.  :haha:  :haha:

Now this is predatory capitalism.      :zoners:

That proves nothing what-so-ever. All the linked to document covers is storage vessels and the VOC's emitted by them. Moreover, while it seeks to regulate the VOC's and storage container sizes, it does nothing to increase costs. The storage facilities will just increase the number of smaller containers, that easily meet the VOC emission thresholds. Problem solved.

From your quoted source:. . ."This final rule will not result in a significant change in costs, emission reductions, or benefits in 2015 (the year of full implementation of the 2012 NSPS being amended with this action)." . . .

Funny how it doesn't even go into effect until next year, and yet they wait for the coldest snap of weather in a decade or two, to implement imaginary costs associated with this legislation?  :roll eyes:

You keep reaching like that and you are going to have to use your healthcare insurance!

The fact is, some of these oil and gas companies have such a windfall of the stuff they don't have anywhere to put it; so they are burning it in order to create a simulated "shortage" and gouge us!

Not stressing out over it just keeping my ears open and preparing for it like I did this year.  No point in getting stressed over something you have no control over you just deal with it the best you can and move on.

I have not had the flu in a VERY long time. I always get my flu shot each year, and until today they worked just fine.

Yesterday I had to leave work early because I was feeling like crap; coughing, sneezing, and body aches.

Last night I told my wife I was not going to work today, and she insisted I go to the doctor. I did that this morning after a night of shivering uncontrollably.

I awoke this morning feeling like death, and went to the Doc first thing. After nearly a three hour wait, doing which I was forced to wear a mask, I got in to see the doctor, and he listened to my lungs, looked into my ears and throat, and ordered a nasal swab, that came back positive for H1N1 Type A Flu.

The prescription for Tamiflu cost me $115, and even though I already have some I filled it anyway.

When I asked how I could get the flu after having had an immunization, the doctor told me this years batches of serum were not very well made. He said he has seen dozens of people that have the flu despite having had the shot.

I told him I feel like I need to be marched out back and shot.

Not sure if that's what hubby and I had but we were down for almost 3 weeks with it.  I woke up with it Jan1 and he woke up with it the next day.  That cough is brutal for about 3 days then subsides, thank goodness.  Hope your shot at least keeps you from being down as long as we were.
