High in the lower 80's and perhaps a bit windy Saturday. Friday and Sunday - More of what we are getting today.

Here is something to show how the news media and the some people here in America is brain washed on the subject of Free Trade and and foreign products.

The Associated Press by Dee-Ann Durbin.  Detroit Michigan.  The article states:  Toyota is back.  It's putting a year of earthquake-related shortages behind it and  grabbing sales from stumbling General Motors and Ford.  The article when on to blow her horn on Toyota and how it is snatching buyers from all of the other auto makers.

As far as I know Toyota doesn't have it's headquarters in Detroit.  I didn't think that Ford was stumbling and the way she thought that is was great that a foreign car maker was beating the America car makers.

What I would like to ask her is, where in hell does the profits, the money Toyota make goes.  I would like to tell her face to face that this money that Toyota sucks out of the American economy go back to Japan so they can dream up more things to suck more money out of America.

I'm beginning to wonder that statement that America won the war over the Japs in World War II.  I think they are sure winning this war.

What every happened to "AMERICA FIRST".     :4th3:    :salute:

With that storm system inching it's way north from the gulf, and the one out west coming east out of Illinois, it would appear we are in for a rocky ride starting early Friday. . .

Maybe that "dry pond" the farmer dug across the road will finally fill???

Where do the profits from GM and Ford go? Do they ever reach your pocket.

Toyota is providing jobs here and paying taxes here. While our "U.S." corporations are shipping all our jobs overseas.

Big whoop...I moved 12 yards of mulch yesterday...I feel like I've been hit by a train!
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.
