the bottom line is the Gov DID overstep their authority....and I also think they have NO business FORCING a private company to give ANYTHING FREE to anyone is WRONG....let alone Obama and company saying to ANY religious organization  that ...it is time that you joined the rest of us and started doing something about birth control...never mind your religious position, this is about granting the desires of people to have those things they want...it is BS....
and he knew better and that is why he is back peddling now....but, he believed he could ignor the Constitution and do what HE wanted.
btw, Chuches do NOT make laws, Government does....so the Church cannot force ANYTHING on ANYONE.

but it is the government who makes the laws....Churches cannot force anything any more than the next guy who has a loud voice.  If it is not Constitutional it should NOT pass.

Obama is the one who WANTS to force a private Chatholic Company to go AGAINST its religious beliefs and FORCE (I say FORCE) them to GIVE ( I say GIVE) its employees FREE birth control.....THAT is not business of OUR Government.  NOR is it Constitutional.

They are saying it MUST be covered by their healthcare plan.....people do not HAVE to work for these guys and they know this going into the job....if they WANT birth control....then BUY IT.

I think there are thousands of people WANTING to adopt as it is...but it costs big $$ to do so.  Maybe they should make THAT free! and see how many DO become adopted.

any way, we are talking about only business such as the Catholic ran, that pays the employess salary that does NOT want this law shoved in ITS face.  It is against the Constitution.
