  Well, well, well who would have guessed it.  The Judge threw out the blood test on the drunk Indianapolis cop that killed the Motorcyclist.

  He said the Indiana State law said that the blood test must be taken at a hospital.  Do you think the cops that took that killer cop to a Community Hospital health center would make it illegal.  Hummmmmmm?

  Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't trust a cop as far as I could throw his Harley.  :mad:
