Not defending them Troll because I don't shop there just stating fact.  You can buy the same things elsewhere.  My daughter got her 'puter at Wally World and I got mine at Office Depot......the exact same 'puter, an HP.   Thing is hers was made later in the year than mine and has 3 fans, mine has one, hers can also upgrade to more ram than mine, hers can update to 1500 and mine will only update to 1000,  but other than that they are the exact same model.  We bought them within a week of each other.  Hers was the everyday low price and mine was on sale.

Lester I got one of Chinese jacks.  What a beauty.  First time I tried it to raise one of the wheels on my 32 foot camping trailer.  Blew the seals, like you said, I can fix about anything, but I can't fix this piece of shit.

Oh yeah, you can't say anything about Walmart without "ME" coming in and defending them.  On anything they do or sell.  What a pathetic shame.

And your missing my point altogether.  I know can but pratically all the same things at Meijers.  I have meet several retires from Meijers in some of the retirement trailer parks in Gulf Shores Al and Riskin Fl and talked to them about their time working for Meijers, all I heard was good.  I have never meet a retiree from Walmart, but I sure have talked to people who had worked for Walmart and to the last one, they hated Walmart.  I know it is hard for someone to see who won't see, but you see my point.  Enough said, you can't fix stupid if you don't get it.  :wall:

I'll bet you they aren't the "exact same model" at all. HP doesn't do that.

Example:

The 500B Microtower has two different models

VS696UT#ABA
VS697UT#ABA

Same "model" - different part numbers within the Model line.

What I was saying is that Wally World was selling the newer model vs. Office Depot getting rid of their older models on sale and advertising it as new rather than "last years" model.  HP was running a rebate on that model at the time and we both got the rebate.  She paid less for hers at regular price than I paid for mine on sale.  They were purchased within a week of each other.

No ... what you said was "they are the exact same model."

You didn't say a "newer" model or "older" model - you said "they are the exact same model."

Guess I did say that kind of screwy huh?  That was what I meant though.  They are the same model it's just that hers is the newer version.

Check the part number. It ends in "#ABA" You will find that they are different.

The rebate was only good for one particular model.

If it's gonna rain I hope it does it either before or after Saturday.  There's gonna be a lot of soggy bike riders if it rains Sat.  Plus we'll have to keep the benefit indoors rather than spilling into the outside area.  That would be a bummer for sure.

Evansville is known as "stop-light city" to truckers, because you can't get out of second or third gear between stop-lights on US 41. HOWEVER... this is no excuse for eighteen wheelers to fill all three north-bound lanes, and force the rest of us to sit through two (and sometimes three) lights to get across every intersection! I'm gonna hound the city council to propose legislation that trucks over ten wheels can only travel thru the city between the hours of 11 pm and 6:30 am. Either that, or impound them for a minimum of three days when they drive in the left lane, and have no intention of turning left within the city limits.

grumble, grumble ... where the hell did I put that Mossburg?

Do  they keep him tied up like that? I honestly don't know why people get dogs when they want to keep them tied up or if they're too lazy to walk and interact w/the dog to take him/her for potty breaks. Seriously, what would be the purpose, because the thing they're really good at, companionship, isn't being utilized. Plus, it's just cruel to the dog.

Yup! He's out there most of the day and well into the evenings. His cable wraps around the dog house and the BBQ most of the time, and all he does is sit there and bark and growl at anything that moves. When they bring him out most of the time they have to untangle the cable, which is how the dog gets loose all the time. . .

That's just plain cruel.  He looks like he could be such a great dog too with the proper care.  People like them and my neighbors have no business with a dog.
