Residents are now being asked to evacuate portions of Clinton County due to flooding!

Clinton County officials sought the voluntary evacuation of Edna Mills on Tuesday as many of its three dozen homes and Indiana 26 were flooded.


Sheriff's department Chief Deputy Mike Hensley says residents who wanted to leave were taken to the nearby town of Rossville. He says electricity was shut off to the Edna Mills area because of safety concerns.

Electricity has been shut off to the entire town. . .

Fall Creek is up to the third step at the foot bridge in Falls Park at Pendleton this afternoon. The road next to West Maplewood cemetery was still open at 2:00 pm today in Anderson.
