I'm starting to think it has become a prerequisite.  At one time there actually was conversation going on....but it's disintegrated over the last year.

And that is why I am thrilled my oldest flunked out of EOD school.  Too much risk with these things.  He is now a flight data analyst, and quite safe doing computer geek stuff.
