I had someone tell me that they used to work at a mattress factory here in town that had a lot of people working there along side her with the same name and social security number on their paychecks.  Isn't that interesting?

I was in a position where I had to run credit reports and got back one where the person was using the SS# of someone who had passed away in the 60's.  Of course they denied it.

With only 9 digits, you'd think they would have run out of SS numbers by now, wouldn't you? 999,999,999  hmmmm, maybe not. LOL But still...

I think I knew someone who worked at that factory as well...turns out she was testing the product.

I read the other day that over 10,000 people file income tax returns with the ss#000-00-0000. :o

I wonder how true that is though.  For some reason I was told when I inquired about not having received my return that I hadn't put my SS# on my form so they couldn't send it out.  Well, I have a CPA do my tax's and it's right there on my copy so either they can't read or that's their way of not having to return peoples money to them.

I would guess that would be 10,000 software errors from those who e-file their taxes.  I really doubt anyone wrote 000-00-000 by hand as a mistake.  OR, the IRS software has 10,000 errors in it as I really doubt they pass that much paper around, either (or at least hope not).  Bottom line; I would guess the 10,000 came from a software program that could not read the SS#, paper or softcopy, and not 10,000 actual submissions of 000-00-000.

Why don't MOST men have the words "I'm Sorry" in their vocabulary? It's two little words. Is it really that hard to say?  :'(

Yeah.  Gota keep 'em down, huh.  Always their fault.  So much so, they will say that at the drop of a hat, just like; "yes dear".  So, why do you think men don't say they are sorry.  They do it all the time, whether warranted, or not (continuously for a few days, every 28 days, anyway )
