MOBILIZATION ALERT!!

In response to the tentative identification of the diversionary critter as a chupacabra, the PPDC is sending a truckload of repellent to your area. The real danger is not from the animal itself (which considers humans less than delicious) but from the flesh-eating bacteria they carry. Wash often. Use Lysol.

It is of course thanks to the success of the off-Broadway musical "Chupacabra on the Roof" that more people are aware of the danger posed by these invaders. My friend Morgan, who is both president of the PPDC, and a financial backer of the proposed film version of COTR tells me negotiations are proceeding nicely to sign Brittany Spears and Paris Hilton to play the roles of the flesh-eating bacteria. To sweeten the deal, a new song has been written especially for them, called "I have no Brain but a Huge Appetite."

Take time to smell the roses.

You'd best be careful with them.  They can be nasty!

One got me as I was mowing over its nest.  Now I have to figure out how to get rid of them.

Shit!  My grandfather mowed over a nest of them once upon a time and ended up in the hospital with upwards of 80 stings.  He was stubborn though.  He went back with some gas and burned 'em out.  ;D

If you know for sure where the hole is wait 'til it's below 60 and pour something down it like bleach or gas.  Or you can get that stuff that sprays a 25ft stream and get 'em with that.

Bleach I will do.  I also have that long spraying stuff.  I don't know if it is going to get below 60 degrees anytime soon.

Below 60 they get real slow and around 50 they go dormant and it's safer to do away with them.

That's not good especially if ya need to mow.  Lets hope someone can come up with another idea that's safe to get rid of them now.

There's always dry ice if you can find it anymore.  That would cool them down with a quickness for sure....
