Boy am I pi**ed!!! I was watching that movie 'The Strangers' and it was down to the last 15 minutes, and was just getting to the good part, when Hubby jumped up from the recliner,and ran towards the TV. Baby Dexter was peeing on the floor underneath the TV table. So hubby grabs him, and in the process rips the TV cord outta the wall. He takes off with the cat,and I'm scrambling around trying to plug the fricken' TV back in,and of course when the dish gets unplugged, it has to find the signal, which takes forever when the good part is coming, and I missed five minutes!!!!  :mad: I was soooo pi**ed I felt like throttling my husband. I'm not kidding!!!  :mad: :mad: :mad: I had to go outside... that's how pi**ed I was. I was afraid I was going to do something crazy!!!!  :spooked: Usually, I'm pretty laid back, and I haven't been that mad in years.  :spooked: Baby Dexter is in time out, and has been since it happened. Hubby's punishment is no 'Dexter' at 10:00, as I'll be watching the movie that he ruined again. I have to sit through the whole terrifying thing again, just so I can see the last 15 minutes.  :rolleyes:

I watched the last half hour of it on another channel. That is the scariest movie I have ever seen. And I've seen a lot of them. It wasn't gory but, the suspense and creepy factor were off the charts!!! It was sooooo creepy, and you never knew what was going to happen, or where somebody was going to pop up. Man, don't ever open your door late at night for anybody!!!! I read this morning that they're filming a sequel next year.  :spooked:

OMG!!!! The creepy factor is absolutely unreal.  :spooked: The scariest part is when the female victim is facing a counter, and all of a sudden in the darkened room behind her,a guy with a white cloth flour sack, with holes cut out for his eyes, on his head appears in the dark several feet behind her. She has her back turned to him,and doesn't even know he's there. She turns around, and just as fast as he appears... he's gone. There's a lot of that through the movie. I almost chit my pants when he appeared like that. It was one of those those yell out loud "Oh my God!!!" moments LMAO!!! I think my hands flew up to my eyes for a brief second. I don't think I could ever watch that by myself.  :spooked: I'm scared.... yet still anticipating the sequel.  :biggrin: I guess it was based on 'Helter Skelter' the story of the Manson Family murders.

Ya know.... if I had been by myself ,I don't think I could have watched it. I live out in the middle of nowhere, and something like that could actually happen. That's why I keep my 9 mm close at all times.  :biggrin:

Crap! the front wheel bearings went out on my wife's car, I have zero time to do the work myself, and it is going to cost $800 for the dealer to do it since the spindles are also shot. . .

No, but thankfully I have a very good friend who was kind enough to taxi her home and back to the dealership, so I didn't have to do it and miss work.  :smile: 8)
