Comcast sucks......I have been without internet since Saturday...and my tv reception has been crappy!!   Finally...after complaining all weekend....they came out.  They had originally told me it wouldn't be until Thursday.....someone else must have called with a little bit more clout than I have cause when they were out there working on it...I asked them about mine.  They took my address.....called uptown about it and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes.  Now I can do my homework!!!

I'm getting ready to leave work and a mom and her son come into the room looking for his homework.  He didn't have any but I guess she didn't believe him.  So she sits down and starts to make him do work that he is supposed to do in class.  Whatever!  If it makes her feel good to sit down and hold his hand have at it!  Well you should have heard the way she spoke to him.  It is no wonder he walks around like the boogie man is about to jump out at him.  If he started to do the slightest thing wrong, she jumped all over him.   :rolleyes:  She wonders why she is spending so much in therapy.  Well here's your sign!

No doubt. I spent this past weekend running up a huge water bill by watering the "hay" in an attempt to save it. While my lawn is greener than most in the hood, it is a very pale shade of green with lots of brown mixed in. If Gustov doesn't hurry up a help us out I fear the sod may be a total loss!  :rant:
