Vents: Random Acts of Venting!

Us fast food workers look at it this way... if we weren't doing our job, a lot of people would starve to death. We're saving mankind, and life as we know it LMAO!!

Did you ever have to bite your tongue almost off, to keep from letting loose a string of profanities at a costumer? My tongue is extremely scarred. 

If you had not said KFC I wouldn't be so sure you aren't my sister whose second job is at Arby's.

Colder than hell on a holiday here this morning. 14 and dropping fast!

12 now and that wind don't even sound friendly.....

  It's soo damn cold here my body aches.  I had trouble with the damn space heater in the cat barn this morning. The pilot light kept blowing out, because it's like a damn wind tunnel in there. To my horror it was 15* in there.  Their water bowls were frozen solid, and my babies were all huddled together.  I had to have Hubby help me, and we were out there for an hour. I thought we were going to freeze to death out there. We got it lit, but now I have to get bundled up, and go out once an hour ,to make sure it stays lit, so they don't freeze to death. My poor babies.  I'm seriously going to hunt down Old Man Winter, he's had it.

Had to venture out for some things this afternoon, and I cannot even describe how much pain that wind gave me, in combination with the bone chilling cold. 

By the time I parked out where Jeebus lost his sandles and walked into the store, I don't think I had a face!

I've started a Winter vent thread in my section. There's been a death in the family so to speak. Check it out and let'er rip.

I just went to the store for a few things, and it never ceases to amaze me at how bad the entire state of Indiana seems to be at snow removal. . . 

Thankfully I have a nice 4 x 4 with which to navigate through their incompetence.

The new mayor is doing such a great job......   Yes his men on the plows know how to plow a car in too....strange how things have changed ain't it?

They also know how to leave the blade up high enough to make their work entirely ineffective. . . Does this state have a special course for this job assignment?

You know that refrigerator cookie dough you buy, that is suppose to be simple to bake? It's not!!!! I bought some of the Valentine's cookie dough, the chocolate chip kind. OK... is it sooooo hard to cut the dough all the way through? I foolishly thought that since it appeared to be cut into squares, that it would be cut all the way through. Wrong!!!! I started to bend it at the cut line, and imagine my surprise when I tore it in half !!!! I had to make it into balls, so, it wasn't quick or easy.  Now, it's true that I can wreck just about anything I'm doin', but this was definitely Nestles' fault.
