We adamantly pursue renters.

Just have decided if we'll try to market it as a vacation home, monthly or yearly-lease.

But, anything would be better than making 2 mortgage payments.

Nope...looks like we're meant to keep that thing for *some* reason. Hoping to get some renters in there soon...
