We got baaaaad storms on the way!!! Right now, it's 7:07pm, and the temperature is 84*. We're under a tornado watch, a severe thunderstorm watch, and a flash flood watch through tomorrow. Man it never ends. I hope I don't lose the rest of the apples off the tree. It dropped probably 2,000 with the last storm. Just guessing on this but... I think there are probably a couple thousand more. These were all on one tree. Hoping for a bumper crop. *fingers crossed* Mama wants a pie.  :biggrin:

Guess we're supposed to get it tomorrow.  They were talkin' about pop up tornadoes and all that good stuff... :(

Right now it's 8:51 pm and the temperature is 75*. Today we went to my Dad's house. He lives an hour and a half away. There was a bad storm while we were there. There was nickle sized hail, high winds, and heavy rain. There was also quite a bit of hot lightening. When we got home we hadn't had anything, not even a sprinkle. It's strange how the storms can skip some areas. Last night ,we had a storm rolling in, and it turned just as it got to our house, and went northeast ,and we didn't get a thing out of it. It looked like a bad one so we pretty much lucked out.

We had a good one roll through here about 7:00pm or so.  The temp has gone from 80 down to 63.  We shut the air off and opened some windows for a while.

Right now, it's 2:39 pm, and the temperature is a cool 72*. It's sunny and extremely windy. I wish Iowa could have some of this wind, it might help to dry it up a little there.  :yes:

Right now, it's 4:58 pm, and the temperature is 82*. It was sunny and windy here today. Tommorrow, we have more raining coming in. With the flooding we don't need ANY rain.  :no:

Kinda warm here, low 70's currently. It's supposed to get up into the mid 90's tomorrow.

It's 7:04 pm, and the temperature is a balmy 80*. Looks like we have a storm rollin' in. The last thing our area needs is rain.  :rolleyes:

I'd love to have some thunderstorms. It rains here, but not very often and it never thunderstorms...ever. I've lived here for 3 years and the only thunder I hear is on TV.

The weather was supposed to be mid nineties, but it surpassed that into the low 100's. They're calling for more of the same for the next two days.
