The Weather in Your Neck of the Woods

It's in the mid 50's right now but it's going to hit the low 80's today. Although we relatively no humidity, so even at 80 degrees, it's still a really nice day.

We're headed to the beach in La Jolla today for a clean up, then off to a soccer game.

45 and sunny with an expected high of 63.  Might be a little chilly for a fire tonight darn it.

It is extremely windy here today.  It's that take your breath away kind of windy. I've been out working in the yard. Hubby was mowing, so I went in to get the steaks ready to go on the grill. He came in ,and asked me if I wanted to mow, because he got cold out there. Heck yeah!!!!  I wanted to mow, I thought I was mowing, and then he wanted to do it, so I didn't. Anywho.... I went out and mowed. The wind is making it quite cool out. The current temperature is 58*, but it sure doesn't feel like that.

63 and sunny here and the wind is calm thankfully.  Supposed to get down to 42 tonight.

The weather here today sucked!!!  It has been blustery and cold today. We had a sleet/snow mix periodically throughout the day. Right now, it's 7:44 pm and the temperature is 40*. We have a freeze advisory in effect tonight. Tommorrow's high is suppose to be 57*. I hope if it does freeze tonight, that we don't lose the apple blossoms that are just setting on the trees. Last year, this happened and we ended up only having about 5 apples. You can't even make a decent pie with 5 apples.

Its cold here too.  Started out nice but turned cold about 2:00pm.  The temp dropped about 10degrees in, it seemed like, about 20min....

It was 105 here again today. In the shade, it isn't bad because there's a breeze, but it was still quite warm.

Supposedly we're dropping back about 30 degrees to our normal temps tonight.

Okay, they're only predicting a high of about 71 degrees. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that's the case. In all honesty, it's difficult to believe, but the 100+ days weren't so bad outside. There's always a breeze coming in from the ocean and there's relatively no humidity so it's not sticky at all, but the house gets so warm that you can't cool it off. Windows wide open and the breeze doesn't seem to find them.

Anyway, 71, let's keep our fingers crossed.

It was bright and sunny here today. It's 7:41 pm, and the temperature is 50*. It's really a pleasent evening. The sun is setting and the birds are winding down their chirping. There is no breeze what so ever. I love country living.

44here.  Feels warmer than it did earlier today but the wind is calm now.

Today it was beautiful here. It was sunny and in the middle 70's. Right now, it's 70*and it has gotten a little bit breezy. Last I heard, we're suppose to have rain tomorrow and Friday. We certainly don't need it. We've had flooding in the area. Iowa has been hit particularly hard. They have an outside ball stadium that is completely surrounded, and under water. It is quite a sight.

Supposed to rain here both Fri and Sat.  Sure hope it don't because my daughter and her family is going to be here from Tn and we'd like to be able to have a cookout Fri night.
