You can come to my yard next.  I was just outside looking and I need to mow today.  Gosh this weed yard needs to slow down!  I'm tired of mowing!
Didn't you say you have to mow year round? Man, that would suck!!!

Well, it has poured down rain all day. Cloudy and overcast. The temperature is a cool 65*. It's suppose to rain through the weekend, and possibly snow on Sunday night.  I thought Winter was gone.

I didn't mow from November to the beginning of March. That wasn't long enough.  My yard was so ridiculous that I still have a small patch to do.  The grass (I use that term loosely!) was still wet and was clogging up my mower.  I finally just stopped, turned that thing on its side and sprayed out the bottom really well.  I'll finish either tomorrow or Saturday morning.  I need to have the blade sharpened and the oil changed.

Still 71 but the rain is moving in.  I got to thinkin' about it and I guess I shouldn't be upset about the rain because that will do the plants and seeds some good.

I wish it would rain at my school.  The farmers went out there with their chicken chit fertilizer today and it stinks to high heaven.  We have our OUTDOOR spring festival tomorrow night.  That out to go over really well.  Anyone want to buy a hotdog?  Bleck!

Think I'd have to pass.... What timing on the farmers part huh?

It was horrible today!  Some of my kids even passed up recess because it was that bad.  Maybe we will have a breezy night and it won't be so bad.  Our luck it will be the hottest day of the year so far and no breeze.  I felt like the smell stuck to me!

I don't think I've ever scrolled up as quickly as I did when I read kimmi's comment. Unfortunately, me's comment didn't make it any better.

Droppings? ;D

Um...same ol' same ol' for us...low 70's I think.

It has been horrible here today. We've had high winds, and heavy rain all day. Right now it's 7:27 and the temperature is 49*. When I got home from work at 4:30 it was 75*. You talk about a drop off.  :spooked: We are under a tornado watch until at least 8:00, if they haven't revised it yet. The wind is really something else. Right now it's blowing at 26 mph. There were funnel clouds spotted in the area ,around the time I got off work.  :spooked: The power went out just as Hubby was leaving for work. Thank God for generators!!! The regular power just came back on. I want beautiful sunny days!!!
