Well, it's 7:32 pm  and it is still beautiful here. The birds are singing and it's a balmy 75*. We have a flood warning in effect, because we have a chance for isolated thunderstorms for tonight,and tomorrow. We don't really need more rain, because the yard needs to be mowed, but it isn't gonna happen until this weekend. I can't wait to ride that Cub!!!

  Snow's finally melting. 41* at 9:30am we have 11hours 16 minutes of daylight today.

It was a beautiful day here. When I got off work at 2:00 it was 81*. Right now it's 7:33 pm and, the temperature is still a balmy 75*. Unfortunately, I heard on the weather tonight that we could get below freezing temperatures by Sunday night.  God help the beneficial insects we put out!!!!  It sounds like Old Man Winter had to swoop in for one final stab.  Asshole!!!

I'm sure they'll be ok since they've been out for a few days.  They'll probably go into find a place to go for some warmth and go into semi hibernation.  Lets hope so anyway.

Remember that Murry lawn mower commercial a few years ago where the guy just kept mowing away with that big grin on his face even though they had company and dinner and stuff?  Thats the first thing I thought of when you said you couldn't wait to get on your riding lawn mower...lol

Yep, that's me driving around on the lawn mower ,with a stupid grin on my grill.  I usually sing that song "She thinks my tractor's sexy" while I'm mowin'.
