It's 8:08 pm and the temperature is 8*. The wind is a blowin' at 31mph, and the wind chill factor is -15*. We've still got strong wind gusts, but the snow missed us  :sofa: We really lucked out on that. If we would have gotten the snow with this wind, I probably would've been snowed in for a week.  :yes:

11:55pm -16 degrees. Overnight lows 15 to 31 below. Partly cloudy with patchy ice fog. Ok Palehorse, come and take all of this snow and cold you want. I'm ready for it to be spring now. On the + side we are running with more than 6 hours of daylight and gaing a few minutes every day.

WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM THUR EVENING THROUGH FRI EVENING.

WIND CHILLS OF 10 TO 20 BELOW ZERO WILL OCCUR EARLY THIS MORNING.

MEANWHILE.SNOW WILL DEVELOP THUR NIGHT. THE SNOW MAY BECOME HEAVY
AT TIMES THROUGH MIDDAY FRIDAY. THE SNOW MAY ALSO MIX WITH SLEET
OR FREEZING RAIN FOR A TIME THUR NIGHT ESPECIALLY SE OF
A TERRE HAUTE TO KOKOMO LINE. SNOWFALL IN EXCESS OF 6 INCHES APPEARS
POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR & STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE & LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

Well, it's 7:36 pm ,and the temperature is a balmy 17*, the wind is a blowin' at 2mph. We have a storm moving in tommorrow, with several inches of snow expected. GOOD TIMES!!!!  :rolleyes:
