Well, we've got another Winter weather advisory out. :rolleyes: It's from 6:00 pm tonight, through 6:00 pm tommorrow night.  :rolleyes: Right now it's 20*. :o and the wind is 10mph. I guess this storm will be mostly ice, maybe up to a quarter inch, to one inch,and some snow. I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere this weekend. Man, I hate Winter. Getting hit this hard/ this early, is probably indicative of a long nasty Winter. All I'm sayin' is we BETTER have snow for Christmas.  :dam:

A WARM FRONT WILL APPROACH IN TONIGHT & PUSH WARMER AND

GOOD TIMES!!!!  :biggrin:  I'll let you know when it hits us. That way you can time it LOL!!!!  The radar shows some of it on top of us right now. I looked out the window, and it's not doing anything yet. Looking at the radar it appears to be going north. The radar picture I'm looking at is small, so I can't see much further west than central Iowa.  :no: It'll be a good night to sit by the fire, and maybe even bake Christmas cookies.  :yes:

I just hope it ain't as bad as they're sayin'.  I can deal with snow but the last ice storm, although I didn't get the damage some did, kept us busy cleaning up limbs for quite sometime.  It also pulled the line just far enough out at the pole that we still had electric but we couldn't use anything because it kept surging when the wind would blow.  Fortunately it didn't take out the freezers or frig.

Well, it's 3:00 and the storm just started. Right now it's a lite ice/snow mixture. It's 20* and the wind is 12mph. By the looks of the current radar it is headed north. If it keeps going that way we may luck out. Keep your fingers crossed.  :yes:  :cold:
