Well, it was nice and sunny today. We had a high of a balmy 17*. It felt like Spring.  Tomorrow's projected high is a sweltering 40*. I think I'll dig out the shorts and sun tan lotion. Viva la Spring!!!

Currently 10 and clear.  Only supposed to get to 31 here tomorrow but that's a lot better than those sub zero temps we were having for a while.

I'm so tired of this stinking weather!!  Now they are calling for some sort of frozen precip on Tuesday.  If I get another snow day this year I'll be pissed!  I already have 2 Saturday make ups.  I don't want another.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

RIP CURRENTS: A SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WIND OF NEAR 15 MPH ALONG THE
ATLANTIC COAST WILL RESULT IN A SLIGHT RISK OF RIP CURRENTS AT THE
BEACHES.

THUNDERSTORMS: A WARM FRONT WILL BE MOVING THROUGH SOUTH FLORIDA
LATE THIS MORNING INTO EARLY THIS AFTERNOON FOLLOWED BY A COLD
FRONT THIS EVENING. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS COULD DEVELOP ALONG BOTH
THE WARM FRONT AND THE COLD FRONT. ANY STORM THAT DOES DEVELOP WILL
BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LIGHTNING STRIKES, GUSTY WINDS, LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL, AND MAYBE EVEN A TORNADO.

TORNADOES: IF ANY STORMS BECOME STRONG, THE ENVIRONMENT SUPPORTS
THE POSSIBILITY OF ONE OR TWO TORNADOES.

WATERSPOUTS: THE ENVIRONMENT OVER SOUTH FLORIDA WATERS TODAY WILL
BE FAVORABLE FOR WATERSPOUTS WITH ANY SHOWERS OR STORMS THAT DO
DEVELOP.

WIND: GUSTY WINDS OF 50 TO 60 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGEST
STORMS THAT DEVELOP...THOUGH GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH WILL BE MORE
COMMON, EVEN IN SHOWERS. SOUTHWEST WINDS OF AROUND 25 MPH WILL
DEVELOP OVER THE ATLANTIC WATERS AND THE OFFSHORE GULF WATERS
TONIGHT.

WAVES: THE GULF STREAM SEAS WILL BUILD TO 7 FEET TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

A COLD FRONT IS FORECAST TO MOVE THROUGH SOUTH FLORIDA TONIGHT
WITH A STRONGER COLD FRONT ON WEDNESDAY. THESE FRONTS WILL BRING
COLDER TEMPERATURES TO THE AREA FOR THE MIDDLE TO END OF THIS
WEEK. FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE POSSIBLE OVER THE NORTHERN AND
CENTRAL INTERIOR AREAS TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT, WHILE
THE REST OF THE AREA WILL SEE TEMPERATURES IN THE MID 30S TO MID
40S. GLADES AND HENDRY COUNTIES COULD EVEN SEE A HARD FREEZE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE MID TO UPPER 20S.

What we need is a big old earthquake to knock the earth a little out of it's rotation; enough to give you weather wimps a good dose of manly weather for a few weeks! 

Of course, that would just jack up the price of oranges and orange juice!
