Okay...... here it comes..... drum roll please..... I'm supplying the pumpkin but you have to do the baking.  My oven is broken.

My oven has been broken for several weeks. I need a new stove. I've got to get one soon. Halloween is on it's way,and there is baking to be done. Cupcakes and cut out cookies, are my favorite things to make. I usually make popcorn balls and rice crispy treats too. I can hardly wait to make some.

I know what being without an oven is like and it isn't easy.  I really messed up though.  I had an older gas stove and thought rather than replace the gas valve in the oven I'd just get a new stove but I've wished over and over I had fixed the old one and kept it.  These new stoves are junk.

Ya know, it's awful hard to get good quality appliances. I bought a new microwave a few months ago, and have had trouble with it already. My biggest problem is with vacum cleaners. I'm constantly burning belts LOL!!! We just bought a new dishwasher a few weeks ago. Hopefully we'll get the new stove soon. You never realize how you depend on things until they're gone. It kills me being without the oven.

I have to take the hair off the roller about every 3rd time I use my sweeper because hubby and I both have long hair and my daughters, both of them who visit quite a frequently, have long hair and it gets around the roller and burns my belts up if don't.  Nothing stinks worse than a hot belt on a beater bar....

There's nothing like the smell of hot rubber. I figure if it doesn't burst into flames I'm doing OK. LOLl!!! I can handle a little smoke, but if I see flames. I'm chucking it out the window.

I'm getting ready to pick some of the pumpkins. There are 3 ready. There are a bunch of them out there. Hopefully, the will keep until Halloween.

Hopefully.  I have to have hubby do all of the picture and downloading stuff. I'm computarded LOL!!!! I just hope they last until carving time. There are still babies coming on the vines. I was really surprised, by how fast pumpkins grow. It didn't take very long at all, after they set on the vine. We did use Miracle grow on them one time. I get a lot of enjoyment out of gardening. The Sunflower heads have opened, they're real small. That could be from the pumpkin vines, that are getting cozy with them LOL!!!
