Finally got Ms. Tallulah's autobiography--not an easy task especially to find one where the pages are completely disheveled.
Wow, what a character!  She wanders around in this prosaic state of consciousness when talking about her family and eventually keeps it real later on.  She sure was trained in the theatre, that's FOR SURE, dahlings--LOL

I'm a tad disappointed--Ms. Tallu is denying her love for the drugs and booze--or at least saying that the rumours are exaggerated.
I thought she wouldn't be filled with denial in her own bio. Oh well,, I'm still reading--perhaps she will redeem herself.

Well, finished it--had no idea Ms. Bankhead was such a sports and politics fanatic.  I think she was way over-educated too.  If there is such a thing--LOL

I think I'll look for some other "unauthorized" biographies of her.  May be a bit more colorful   :icon_twisted:

Just started Blackwood Farm by Anne Rice.  Part of the vampire chronicles that I have not been reading in order.  Lestat is in it so it ought to be good

This honestly sounds like such a good read. I've always loved biographies for some reason. I picture hers as being a lot of fun! One of the better, more colorful, biographies was the one I read about the Rolling Stones, pre rehab. What fun.

It is a good read--great photos.  Had to order it on ebay since it's out of print.

Now, I gotta find that Stones bio--talk about REVEALING.

Always wanted to know if Mick really played for the other team on occasion   :icon_twisted:
