Definitely sounds like a step in the right direction, me!

I certainly don't condemn you for making the choice to smoke...it's just that I've lost several people who's lives were drastically shortened by the decision to smoke.

Hopefully this will be healthier for you & dh.

I hope so but I know from experience sometimes new things seem better at first and only end up to be the same old same old.  I took a test once to determine why I smoked and I classified as a workaholic and that my reasons for smoking were to be doing something and more of a busy habit than a true addiction to the nicotine.  I have always been hyper and felt I needed to be doing something and never could sit for an extended period of time.  Even when I take a "break" from working at something I find something different to do.

LOL

I'm pretty happy, I am still down to a pack or less a day.  Amazing that I've managed that.  After burning up two packs a day for years.  I actually do mean burning up, because I tend to put them in the ashtray and get distracted doing something else.  My kids are always telling me I waste cigarettes. LOL
Looks like I've come full circle.

Yep, one of mine too.  Any time you see me during the day I've got a 24oz bottle of diet Pepsi somewhere close by.

diet, eww, I don't care what anyone says, they have NOT been able to make a diet drink that does not have an after taste.  Water is probably the best diet drink I know of.

I thought that too quite sometime ago but after I got used to the diet Pepsi I can't drink the regular because it's too strong and sweet.  I'd really like to get off of the diet Pepsi though because of the artificial sweetener which I don't think is good for a person after my daughter did some research on it and showed me some of the things it causes.
