I have mint in the garden, too--never thought of that......

Well the doc upped my nausea meds so maybe I wont be the Queen of Barf this time around.  I have FIVE more sessions to go...WOO HOO!

It was kinda uncomfortable today--my mediport is what they call "positional" meaning that it's hard to feed the meds into it through the electronic pump.  They have me raise my arm and prop me with pillows and hang my leg out the window......all kinds of crap to get it to run right.

Well they had to stick me 3  I said THREE times--OUCH!  But they're so sweet--running to get me all the Diet Dr. Pepper and crackers I want--and a blanket and more pillows!  The lady next to me started calling me Princess Di. 

GAWD, I hope that moniker sticks!    :biggrin:  ROFL!!
If you don't have anything nice to say then come over here and sit by me!

LOL!!!! And I thought I was the Puker Queen!!!! It's a wonder they didn't hang you upside down from the ceiling. Sounds like they thought you were Stretch Armstrog LOL!!!! People are kind of scared to draw my blood. I don't know if it's because I look like an Amazon or what??? They usually take it out of my hand, because I have bad veins in my arms.Sometimes they have to tap your hand to raise the vein, I shock them and say, "Smack it like you mean it, I can take it." the shocked look on their face is priceless LOL!!! Once in a while I say"Here I'll do it." and I smack the hell out of it LOL!!! It is hysterical.   :rotfl:

Yeah, I know what you mean!  I have short, stubby veins in my right arm and long, striated veins in my left, so they're always poking me on the left--(without even a kiss, I may add!  :razz:)
One time, I did have to smack my own arm to get the vein to pop up with a particulary nervous nurse--she was grateful   :biggrin:

My arm veins roll and of course they're fatty too. I just tell them take it out of my hand. They don't like to do that, because it causes scar tissue build up, and in an emergency they need to get it fast, so they use the hand veins.I'd much rather have a bruised hand, than be poked in both arms 6 times each LOL!!!  :yes:

Well, it's 3 in the am and I can't sleep--couple of hot flashes, you know   :rolleyes:

My energy level is down but no nausea HOORAY!  I go see the doc who did the surgery today for a follow up. Hopefully I won't fall asleep in the waiting room!

If I was you, I'd take a snooze every chance I got LOL!!!Just don't do it while you're driving.  :zzz:  :spooked:

Whenever I eat at Taco Bell I get the Baja Blast that Mt. Dew puts out--you know, it's blue?  Anyway, it's like someone pours crack down your throat--I get all speedy and goofy for about an hour and then crash.

LOL!!! You can't buy it, and I've never heard of it. Man, are we in a pickle.~giggle giggle~ It sounds good, I'll have to see if we have it in my area. Is it super caffeinated?? Usually, slamming a regular Dew gets me cranked up.  :bliss: I drink a lot more than I should. I need that sugar rush first thing in the morning. My job require lots of energy. We only have a 5 person crew on day shift. I catch myself coming, and going my entire shift. We don't get breaks,so when I sit down in my car to go home, my legs usually lock up, by the time I get there. I'm too old for the fastfood jobs anymore, but that's what I have the skills to do.  :rolleyes:

Actually, I considered going back to tending bar and waiting tables cuz I made so much money--but dealing with the public and being on your feet all the time is stressful......especially for my old ass!

How old are you?? I'm 36 but feel much, much older than that. I bet you'd be awesome dealing with the public.  :yes: It does wear one down emotionally and physically. Hell, I get drained just talking about my job LOL!!!  :yes:
