More of a radical.
Ex, I've always preferred the term "iconoclast."

Y'all are still gathering under your chosen banners: Liberal, Conservative, Christian, Atheist, Soccer Mom, Business Leader, Homer, Jethro. Don't any of you see the danger in allowing anyone to make decisions for you? When did you get so lazy you take anyone's word for anything? Learn to fact-check. Question. Read the people you think you agree with, AND the people you think have their heads up their asses. If you mother tells you she loves you, get it from a second source. And always remember, there are no constants in this world.

By the way, I'm still recruiting for the revolution, if anyone is interested.

and those little mustache's too...

GOJ, you are so right about the tea parties.....the left is doing everything they can to ridicule them....but let me tell you...there WERE some honestly intellect democrats there, who SEE what is going on and disagree with it......these tea parties are true grass roots and are REAL concerned Americans....and it is very reassuring to me to see this happening..

Let's call it like it is; the teabaggers were a bunch of racist assholes that had only one thing in common; hatred of a black president.  No coherent, real message, just hate for a black man.

As for the Constitution, it really is funny to hear a couple of fascists lecturing anyone about the Constitution.  Ghast of Jack Off, you will need to go back in history and kill Hamilton for setting up the Federal Reserve and allowing the gov't to control THAT PRIVATE INSTITUTION, jackass (I said jack off, but jackass is more appropriate).

And for you, hank, the other Constitutional scholar; where in the Constitution does it proclaim one nation under god, christian nation, or any other bits of horse shit you keep espousing from your lofty perch?

You are totally mistaken about the people who were protesting, or tea baggers as you call them.  They were Democrats as well as Republicans and they were business people as well as retirees and blue collar workers.  They were not protesting the President they were protesting policies and taxes.  Fox News did not organize it nor did they have anything to do with it other than covering it.

While discussing the April 15 protests on his April 6 program, Glenn Beck suggested that viewers could "[c]elebrate with Fox News" by either attending a protest or watching it on Fox News. Beck stated that in addition to himself, hosts Neil Cavuto, Greta Van Susteren, and Sean Hannity would be "live" at different protests. While Beck spoke, on-screen text labeled those protests as "FNC Tax Day Tea Parties."

TaxDayTeaParty.com lists Fox News contributors Michelle Malkin and Tammy Bruce as "Tea Party Sponsors." The sponsors section also lists American Solutions for Winning the Future, whose general chairman is Fox News contributor Newt Gingrich. Gingrich filmed a video "invitation" to attend the April 15 protests. According to TaxDayTeaParty.com, "Gingrich will be a featured speaker" at the April 15 protest in New York City.

Okay, so the excerpt I've quoted is from MEDIA MATTERS, not itself the most "fair and balanced" news outlet in the country ... it still provides verifiable names, dates and events which can be fact-checked. Rest assured, I did so before posting it.

I'm not saying that Fox News endorsing (sponsoring is a little over-the-top don't you think?) the Tea Parties is bad. Not saying it's good either. I'm just saying it happened. What is the point of denying it?

What is the mater with you?...I have NEVER said our Constitution says we are one nation under God....I AM saying 100%, that the vast majority of people of that time, revered GOD... Prayer WAS important...the BIBLE was placed as an important tool...so much that our first congress BOUGHT 20,000 of them...EVERY states Constitution DOES refer to GOD.....WHY do you not want to accept THAT?....I'm not saying that THOSE who do not believe or BAD people....the fact that our Nation was ONCE made up, primarily of Godly people...

as far as the TeaParties...you are the one that is full of horse shit.....THOSE are your everyday, hardworking people of all ages...and they have NO hatred towards RACE....only hatred to ANYBODY who is trying to CHANGE our nation into a socialistic, government controlled nation...that is it.....period.

I find YOU to be the biggest RACIEST on this forum....it is you who does NOT understand what he is talking about when you on almost ALL issues we discuss....In MY HUMBLE OPINION.

When Fox News found out about the protests they decided to attend some of them and talked to some of the people in different cities to decide which ones to go to they did not initiate any of them.  The other media could have done the same but they chose instead to make these people out as a bunch of malcontents protesting the President rather than showing it for what it really was, a protest against taxes and policy and it would have been the same if the President had been white.  It was not against a black president being in the white house in any shape or form.

that WAS pretty bad....I was typing and talking on the phone during that phase of my post... :-[

the jest of my point was to illustrate to Dan, that it is MY belief, that he does not fully comprehend the issue he is 'badmouthing'...on certain issues that are being discussed....

my apologies... :)

I think it's interesting to contemplate, Henry, the fact that as people in this country have moved away traditional (read: biblical) values such as honesty, integrity, and chastity, we have watched society's ills increase. For example, would STD's and AIDS in particular even BE a problem if people didn't engage in the unchaste behaviors that cause them to spread? How many fewer Bernie Madoffs would there be if people in general were more honest and operated aboveboard, with integrity? The Liberals trying to legislate "tolerance" makes no more sense than did Prohibition. Both are attempts to legislate morality, which cannot be done. Morality comes from something innate, not from external pressures. And morality requires a priori knowledge of good and evil. It certainly is not something that could have "evolved" in humans.

Something else, Henry: if the tea-baggers are racists merely because they protest against Obama's demonstrably fascist policies, how much more racist are the slightly-less-than-one-half of Democrat voters who voted against Obama and for Hillary in the Democrat primaries, before anyone knew how each would govern? And of course, the Obama Democrat voters are misogynists for NOT voting for Hillary.

Speaking of fascism, someone on this thread doesn't understand the definition of "fascist", and therefore is making himself look like a "jackass".

By the way, contrary to the accusation, I haven't lectured ANYBODY. I think I have been accused of that because the accuser (and his ilk) is apparently unable to answer the simple questions I put forth. Maybe it's a lack of reading ability, or maybe they are still frantically looking for answers by thumbing through their copy of The Communist Manifesto, once again mistaking it for the U.S. Constitution. It must be very frustrating.

And speaking of the U. S. Constitution, if I had spent time as a soldier defending that magnificent document and it's principles, I can't imagine that I would now be ridiculing people who are holding tea parties in an effort to bring attention to the fact that those very same principles are being undermined by the highest political office-holder in this land.

"Hamilton"? What jackass brought up Alexander Hamilton? Is he president today? Didn't think so.

Remember Henry: when the jackasses cannot answer simple, reasonable questions, they begin to bray epithets in an attempt to throw you off.

Is smoking crack part of that wondrous morality and lofty principles?
