Well, I just took a big step. I have contacted my former academic advisor at IU to get the ball rolling for my readmission.

I cannot wait to be a student again.

Aaron seems to think I can do most of my classes online, but I really want the campus environment. He thinks I want it so that I'll feel "young" and try to relive my college days. I want it because I don't see how I can get the full benefit of learning something as complex as ultrasound technology in an online format.

Yes, I've changed from nursing to ultrasound tech. I figured I'd enjoy prenatal ultrasounds, since it puts me in the environment of obstetrics like I'd wanted, but in an area that is very interesting. Now I'm considering taking it a step further and going in the direction of cancer and oncology, because that is an area, like obstetrics, that pulls at the heart for me.

Wish me luck!!

I applied to Ivy Tech for one semester. Because I was academically dissmissed from IU in 2000, I have to do this first.

THERE you are!

Thanks for "peeking" in!

I sure do miss popping in every day, but I doubt  I'll have regular internet access until we're moved into the new house. With roughly 70 days to go, it seems silly to have it at the apartment, besides, there's that thing again with not having a monitor for the time being. Though I did go out today and price the flat screen monitors earlier, along with the flat screen tv and the replacement Sirius receiver that Aaron finally feels bad about cheating me. :)

I know!! I hope so, anyway! Apartment living is just not all that its cracked up to be. I don't like it...I want a house. And I want to do my laundry free, and I hate doing twice as many loads (and paying 75 cents a pop) because the washer/dryer at the apt is TINY...
