It's beautiful, Awol!!! Wow...the structure looks great (from a novice's eye)...and if you choose to update, it looks like it'd be a breeze!!! Look at that island in the kitchen...CONGRATULATIONS to awol & Mrs.Awol!!!!!! :clap: :clap: :clap:

my wife's baby sister is just college age, and she wants to move into our old place,  (close to school) so that's one less thing to worry about!
