Speaking of tolls, though, are they going to raise them? I know they planned to last year, but that was stopped...is there talk again?

On the news this morning was this very subject. It seems that a study is being done and that Gov. Manchin will make a decision in January whether to raise tolls to two dollars or not. It seems that he will be the voice of the people!

anything to make a dime... or a dollar and a quarter....

and it IS an election year, so did you notice that the decision is not being made till after November?

Sunny

So, yesterday was the big day...the first day on the new job! Please let us know how it went when you get a chance! (or a vicarious post from RHG would be great, too!)

Magistrate

Hi Sunny! It was a good day overall. I am gonna find myself much healthier in a short period of time! I must have walked 5 miles at work yesterday and even more today!  I have enjoyed it so far! I won't get bored, that's for sure! It's something new every few minutes! I think I will sleep like a baby tonight!
Something to Consider! God Bless!

LMAO!!  I guess one should pay attention to those warnings about replies being made while you post.   ;D  I opened up a window and started a reply and then walked away from the computer.  When I hit post, I ignored the message.  LOL!

Got alot of ground to cover each day. The property is several acres and I have stuff to check and work on in every corner of the property. Lots of walkin', so I think I will get pretty heart healthy! LOL Got to work on an effluent pump the first day and had to jump start the church van today because one of the coaches for the school turned on the dome light and left it on after they got out. Looks like the battery may still be good. Gonna do some prep on the main building for winter tomorrow. I also have a salt spreader that is a solid slug of rust and needs serious attention!   That will probably take a week on it's own! LOL I have to get my health card renewed for my CDL and need to get my passenger endorsement added to it. I need to get the info from DMV and start studying for the test. They want me to get that done ASAP so I can help with driving the large bus we have from time to time. Should be fun! Gotta see about getting a new windshield for the van. It took a rock recently and is cracking.
I also have to get my certification as a waste water treatment operator. That will probably be in the spring when the next state class will be. I will have to spend a week in Clarksburg for that.
I am surprised at how much there is to do. The nice thing is, that it all doesn't have to be done in a day!
I am liking it so far!
Sunny is right, about sleeping like a baby! I am headed that way right now!

Okay, Magistrate, so remember our agreement...you're going to drop a couple pounds or 30 for me....remember?

Could you lose 10 for me, too?

I sure would like to get rid of those last stubborn ones & be back to high school size for the upcoming reunion!

Ugh, while you're at it, will you lose some of this post baby weight for me? My youngest is three. I'm starting to look like I ate him.
