When should we stop calling them our "baby"?

And I still call my soon-to-be 4 year old my "baby." He likes it, so I will call him baby until he protests, then I'll just say it out of his ear-shot.

Well, actually...ugh. It seems that people these days feel that BOTH children should get a present.
