Really???? Wow....reubens are...maybe an acquired liking? They typically consist of:

2 slices of Rye Bread
Corned Beef slices
Sauerkraut
Swiss Cheese
& Thousand Island

Assemble all ingrediants & toast lightly until swiss is melted.

Ohhhh my god. Nickel Plate Railroad Bar and Grill near my office makes the best reubens on earth. Makes me almost decide to eat meat for one day...almost.
