This is something I'm sure we've all discussed one time or two... I just do not see how one person can get away with something claiming "insane" but another can not. What is insane? How do we know who is and who is not?

Like a woman who catches her hubby in bed with someone else and shoots him dead. Fit of rage? She went insane? What are the depths of the meanings? How do they differ? What is she?


The man who hires a hitman to off his ole lady for insurance money. Insane? Just stupid? What are the depths? Some would say to want someone dead he'd have to be insane. Some would say he's just a stupid a-hole who didn't think he'd get caught. What is he?


The man who is on a hunt to rape. Is he insane? He is just a sex addict? What is he?

The woman who sells her baby to some strangers. Is she insane? She's just admitting she's a poor excuse for a "mother?" What is she?
