I think of Bud Grant, The Purple People Eaters, led by Alan Page, Carl Eller...Fran Tarkenton, Chuck Foreman, Bobby "Ahmad Rashād" Moore..back when I was a kid watch them and the Bears going at it...though I was a Bears fan...that was some GREAT football. :yes:

Rush has become a babling fucking idiot.  He has as much credibilty as Jerry Springer does at this point......correction less credibilty than Springer.  I used to like to listen to him.  He has become a hate monger.  Repubs need to somehow cut the cord on his line.

This forum has been a wonderful outlet for my anger and frustration over my misrepresentation during the last eight years.  Now that the torch has been passed, and the ones with functional brains are in charge, I find little to be angry about anymore.  This isn't a goodbye, I'm sure I'll find some amusing bits here and there to add my two cents to, for instance when someone claims we are "vilifying" Rush Limbaugh or Ann Coulter.  Not that terrible things aren't being said about them, but they are in fact villains - enemies of our country, and its government.

But I digress.

Thanks for listening to me rant about what's wrong for so long, and look forward to fewer rants...at least for the next 4 years...(fingers crossed for 8)

I wouldn't bet the farm on that awol. I'm thinkin' the longer this current trend continues the more you're going to find to rant about.
