  If you are going to stop murdering dictator al-Assad, you got to get his attention.     They were right to get the air base that the poison gas came from.    But they should have put out the lights in Syria out.  Hit every one of their power plants.      No public water to drink or use, no sewer plants, no computers, no lights.  You can't pump gas at the filling station.  Really, it would get the public's attention and most likely al-Assad's attention to stop killing his people.   

  The next time send several Cruise missiles, one to al-Assad's home, one to his country home, one to their main government building, one to his bunker and one to where he might be hiding at that time.  Oh yes, sent one to the military building where the gas attack was planned.       You see, I really want to kill the bastard al-Assad and his buddies.

The problem with that approach is that the world philanthropies will make mince meat of the U.S. over the plight of those that are deemed collateral damage, on the world stage.

The U.S. is suffering enough diplomatically from this very issue due to the rantings and knee-jerk reactions of the Raging Cheeto, and a strategic series of strikes designed to hit high value targets that you just suggested, while it makes sense militarily, will only serve to further exacerbate this. Especially if there is no unilateral plan to transition power to one group or another. . . The fighting will continue and I assure you that Russia will leverage the circumstances to force Syria into Russian possession. No doubt about that.

There's also no doubt that this scenario will result in WWIII. . . A situation this nation is now wholly unprepared to engage within. Not without a sustained period of infrastructure bolstering and redeployment of what remains of manufacturing operations well beforehand.

Without it, we will be either overtaken or gone due to the nuclear options we will assuredly be forced to utilize.

I believe that things were as Nostradamus documented, when he was alive. Thing about that is that humankind has the ability to alter these predictions via modification of the behaviors and actions that lead to them; either accelerating things or pushing them out. I believe that in the time that has passed since Nostradamus made the prediction a little of both have transpired, but none-the-less we are still hell bent for leather on the path toward WWIII this day; and I believe we may very well see it come to pass within our lifetimes. . .

Sometimes the government here bombs the mosques and churches to try to cause division and divert the attention away from important issues for example: The government and the President are selling two of our islands to the Saudi government and when we tried to talk about it on Facebook and mass media, they started the attacks. So we know about their tricks. We Muslims are so sad about it and we are the ones who support them. Tom Martin I am here visiting my daughter, my Egyptian son-in-law and his family. One of his fb friends is a local reporter here and posted the pictures. They live in a smaller town outside of Tanta, but we were there shopping the night before this happened. Many locals here believe their own, and other corrupt governments may be involved, as no one knows or has ever seen ISIS.
