A large number of congress members were briefed on this situation today, (from both sides of the aisle), and they all agree with the conclusions drawn by the Intelligence Agencies. Not one member briefed disagreed. Not. One.

Don't go letting facts get in the way of anyone's unfounded opinion.  They're entitled to it after all.  </sarcasm>

Pesky things, those facts. . .

It's also pretty clear that a large number of individuals int his nation feel "entitled" to know everything, now.

As I have said numerous times though out my years here; "There are secrets within this nation and its history that would keep most of you up at night. There are things going on that, if you knew about them, would place your very existence into extreme danger. There are things you know nothing about, and want to know nothing about."

Be careful what you demand answers for. There are, and have always been, dealings within the daily existence of any country, that most of its citizens would find intolerable and wrong; however it is the nature of the beast. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few; or the one. (Spock).

Most would die of the stress involved in the dealings of this nation on a daily basis. State secrets belong there.

Well if that's the case, then I could reverse this and say the same about you guys NOT trusting government?

My point today is, do we have ANY conclusive evidence that Russia had anything to do with the election?  As far as I have learned we have NOT, at least anything that our "intelligence" is willing to share.

Want to bet Dodo, I'll bet you $100 bill that Russia did it and you bet that Russia didn't do it.  How about it cheap ass.  :haha:

Drat! Nobody consulted me either! But we can be sure Donald Trump will be tweeting his version of  reality.

I spent a good part of my morning listening to BG Clapper, Director of National Intelligence, answer questions during Senate hearings about what is/has been going on, but I finally walked away in disgust because, just as he was very carefully saying as much as he could about covert information, and said several times that he could not comment on information that would be presented "tomorrow," a chirpy MSNBC news talker broke in and began giving HER interpretation of what he was saying.

Want to add that BG Clapper is one of my heroes! When I went to work for the feds, he was the Director of the Agency I worked in.
