You wouldn't know whether it was a nervous laugh or not since you weren't in the courtroom with her. Here's a clue for you, go to a criminal Court system and you will find attornies laugh due to nervousness. You don't know how they act in a courtroom and you sure to hell don't know how they act or how you would even act, so get off your damn high horse and quit thinking you are so perfect because you aren't.
By the way, it is like has been explained to you at least a couple of hundred times, she was given the case even though she didn't want it so her job was to get her client off. Like I have posted earlier if she was a public defender, she didn't get the luxury of picking and choosing her cases. You do know that public defenders don't get that choice, don't you? Blame the jury since they were the ones who determine innocence or guilt, you do know that is what a jury is for?
She could have withdrawn. What if that had been your 12 yr old daughter? You just keep on excusing her if you want but wrong is wrong and that little girl suffered because of what was done to her.

You can't withdraw if the case is assigned to you. Again, you don't know how the legal system works. Public defenders don't get that choice and she was assigned this case. She didn't want it but she had no choice. I don't know if she was working as a public defender or even a prosecutor for the state but they can't deny cases and they are assigned cases.  Geez, you continue to amaze one with your lack of knowledge on how the legal system works. She wasn't a private attorney who gets to pick and choose the cases they want. Do you understand that?

She asked to be excused from the case but wasn't allowed to.  She did not want to take the case at all.

But she didn't have to do what she did concerning the evidence. You know public defenders aren't always on top of things and she went out of her way to get this guy off.

Dumbass, that is the job of a public defender to get them off or if a prosecutor to get the person found guilty. You have to be the dumbest person I have ever seen post. All public defenders work to get their client off even if that person is guilty. That is the job of the jury to determine innocence or guilt. You really need to go sit in a criminal trial sometime.

You are the one voting for the man so it is a mistake. And you have a better choice but you are too stupid to see that.

What choice is that?  You don't like Clinton either, and I'm quite sure you're not voting for her.

I am not voting for Trump so that only leaves Hillary. Had we had better candidates running against her than I might not be voting for her but she is better than Trump.

Go ahead and keep excusing her sorry ass if you must. I didn't like her when Bill was POTUS and I don't like her now and I will not vote for her even if my vote is wasted.

How is pointing out that you're a liar excusing anything?

I thought I read somewhere where you said you aren't voting for her.

You're excusing her bahaviour by calling me a liar and saying that was a nervous laugh. I happen to see it differently than you so I guess I could call you a liar for saying it was a nervous laugh.

No, I hadn't made up my mind a while back and even had said that but she is the only one really qualified to do the job. I would rather have her than a hot head like Trump.
