Mr. Mateen's father, Seddique Mir Mateen, was unequivocal on Monday that his son had committed an "act of terrorism."

His father is borderline nuts himself.  Here's his YouTube channel:

Of course it is, by definition.  The issue is that when Timothy McVeigh blew up the federal building, he wasn't labeled a Radical Christian Terrorist and all of Christianity wasn't blamed for the acts of one or two people.

Strawman!

Nobody is blaming all Muslims either.....but there ARE Muslims around that WANT to do this....we have several incidents to support it....they are by Radical Islamic Terrorists with ties to ISIS or other Radical Islamic Militant Groups.
The FBI and our Homeland Security are claiming he has ties to ISIS and radical Islamic beliefs.

Reports are out that the wife of Orlando massacre gunman Omar Mateen knew of his plans to kill patrons in the Pulse gay nightclub and did nothing about it.
She will face charges according to reports if she knew of his plan and didn't stop it or report it to law enforcement. Not sure but think it would be complicity after the fact.

If she had foreknowledge of the crime, how could she be complicit 'after' the fact?  I think the term you're looking for here is misprision.

mis·pri·sion

the deliberate concealment of one's knowledge of a treasonable act or a felony.

I wasn't sure what it was called. I know some states say complicity after the fact. Every state is different in terminology. I thought some of the reports were saying complicity in that she knew about the crime but did nothing to prevent him by reporting it. Regardless it was a tragic event.

It was reported that federal prosecutors are seeking to charge the wife of Mateen as an accessory to 49 counts of murder and 53 counts of attempted murder, as well as with failure to notify law enforcement about pending terrorist attacks. I am trying to make sure that is a true report.

I heard that too. She will probably say she was afraid to report him.

Probably so and you know what that shit gets old that you are afraid to report. He left the house and you could have.
