Of course it is, by definition.  The issue is that when Timothy McVeigh blew up the federal building, he wasn't labeled a Radical Christian Terrorist and all of Christianity wasn't blamed for the acts of one or two people.

Reports are out that the wife of Orlando massacre gunman Omar Mateen knew of his plans to kill patrons in the Pulse gay nightclub and did nothing about it.

She will face charges according to reports if she knew of his plan and didn't stop it or report it to law enforcement. Not sure but think it would be complicity after the fact.

I wasn't sure what it was called. I know some states say complicity after the fact. Every state is different in terminology. I thought some of the reports were saying complicity in that she knew about the crime but did nothing to prevent him by reporting it. Regardless it was a tragic event.
