1) Abuse of power, even the attempt to use it in such a way, is a crime.

2) The cheetos actions just prior to saying what he did are a clear indication he was aware of how his words / actions/ requests could be perceived. His follow up in firing the director could be deemed as ill advised at best, and criminal perhaps.

Just another in the long list of examples of just why it was/is a bad idea to put someone into such a high office with zero experience in governance. Zero. His business experience is dubious at best, and given what we've seen thus far leans heavily toward tyranny.

This is a witch hunt of epic proportions....his firing of Comey is 100% justified.  There is NO collusion between Trump and the Russians.  Hoping the FBI can let this go (regarding the Flynn investigation is in no means a criminal act.


What IS a potential criminal act is leaking classified information to a friend so they can call the NY Times as Comey did....and perhaps it may be a criminal act to allow Loretta Lynch persuade him to call Hillarys "investigation" as "matter"....and NOT report it...

I can go on and on about collusion by democrats and the MSM..the bottom line is this:
