What boom in Reagan and Clinton years?  Clinton removed Glass-Steagall Act which allowed the banks and investors to merge, causing the collapse of the economy.  Reagan began outsourcing jobs.

Housing boom.....not sure, but it created LOTS of jobs and good times....I know, because I was part of it.....I worked in construction and it was booming.

MOST construction in the Anderson area was done by "undocumented workers".  You were lucky,  but I bet your wages were low.

And you know they were undocumented? How? Because they were hispanic?

Not only that, they couldn't speak English.     The only one that could speak English was their boss.

The majority of them can speak english. They just choose to feign not being able to in order to prevent those yapping crackers from delaying them getting their work done so that they won't be late for their next job.  :icon_twisted:

Mostly..and not speaking English.  I'm not sure many of the Chinese come in from any place but restaurants in Anderson.  I don't notice too many Russian groups changing workers. We used to live behind Scarlet Lakes and watched those houses be filled with undocumented workers who changed every third house or so.

And you know this because?  You frequently spoke to them in English?

Yes. On a daily basis from November 2006 to December 2009, while several different crews were building my house and several others.

Now, again I will ask you: "You know they were undocumented? How?"

Exactly, my brother worked with a farmer who hired many Hispanics. Most of them could speak English but chose to speak in Spanish. My brother learned Spanish in order to converse with them. And most all of them were here legally.

Until it wasn't.  In 1988, Reagan's last year in office, the housing market crashed and foreclosures and bankruptcies soared.  The same thing happened 20 years later at the end of the next Republican administration that held office for 8 years.  See a pattern?

A pattern that I do see is, republicans remove regulations and cut taxes........BOOM! economy grows.
Democrats come in.......enforce many regulations, raise taxes........BAM! Recession.

You continue to make that claim despite having been provided empirical evidence to the contrary for years.  You must really enjoy wallowing in your ignorance.

No you have provided information that fits your ideology.  Not facts. Facts are we had a boom that lasted 20 years, because of Reaganomics.  That cannot be argued...that is a fact.

Bullshit.  We provided you with actual numbers that disprove your tripe and you continue to ignore them.  It isn't our fault your as bad at math as you are at English and science.  As I said, wallow in your ignorance.

Again, absolute bullshit unsupported by data.
