Here's an interesting Newsweek article that speaks to what Exterminator has said regarding Russian interference in the US election.  You can bet with certainty that any time the Russians are for someone in an election, the election of that person is in the best interests of Russia, and not the United States.

Newsweek owns the Daily Beast, so I take this with a grain of salt.  But if Russia were to back someone, I think they'd go with the guy NOT talking about bombing them and dragging them into a nuclear war like Clinton is doing.  SHE has maintained an abrasive relationship with Russia, despite selling them uranium as Secretary of State. With Clinton, it's all about whatever makes her richer.

Truthout is probably more reliable for my tastes.

Just what this forum needs...another whack job who lacks the capacity to fact check anything.

From Business Insider:

"Even if Clinton had wanted to make sure the sale was approved, it wouldn't have been possible for her to do it on her own.  (the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States') is made up of not only the Secretary of State, but also the secretaries of Treasury, Justice, Homeland Security, Commerce, Defense, and Energy, as well as the heads of the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Office of Science and Technology Policy.

The Director of National Intelligence and the Secretary of Labor are non-voting members, and CFIUS's work is also observed by representatives of other agencies like the National Security Council and the Office of Management and Budget. The idea that Clinton could have convinced all those officials and all those departments to change their position on the sale, even if she had wanted to, borders on the absurd."

You know what?  I don't give a damn how you vote.     You're one of the thousands of dumb-ass Kentucky hillbilly"s :hick: who are voting against their station in life. :spot: You are voting against the Democratic Party that through out the years has helped Kentucky with dams, electricity, unions in the coal mines and  in many other ways and you want to throw the Republicans into the White House because of your pure hatred for Hilary Clinton.  It's all in your fucked up mind :knife: and by reading what you say, you're no fucking genius.  :genius:

By the way if you want to get off you ass and go work, don't come up to Indiana.  Because we have to many dumb-ass Trump voters up here.  :groan:  :nowink:  :jc:

Actually, Troll, she does live in Indiana. They can keep her. Her hatred for Hillary is all based on fake news reports and then reports that she reads against her.  Hillary is less likely to blow us all up than Trump who has stated he would bomb the hell out of people.  I would rather have someone who is not going to send us into another war.

You got that right.   I sure thought she was a man.  Her talking about all of those poor coal miners :dig: and how Hillary wants to kill coal.  Are you sure you don't want the hick :hick: back.  Please, please.  :haha:  :haha:  Have a good day in Kentucky.  I sure loved fishing in Kentucky Lake, I caught :fish: the biggest Crappy  :swim: in my life there.  It weighted 3 1/2 pounds.  My brother -in-law caught :fish: one Crappy :swim: that weighted 4 1/2 pounds.  My, my what good filet's they made.  :drool1:   :fish: :fish: :swim:

I agree with Cookie in that I would prefer a different candidate.  However, I refuse to waste a vote by writing someone in so that it may give Trump a chance to win this election.  He's dangerous as hell.  I know HRC has faults, but like I've said on here before, there's never been a candidate in my lifetime, or perhaps ever, that's more qualified and ready to step into the position of POTUS than she is.

I am pretty sure we don't want her here.
Yes, fishing is always really good in Kentucky.
I wouldn't do a write in vote for anyone as it isn't going to get anyone elected since the defunct electoral college picks the candidate and we need to do away with that and go to popular vote.

No, we do not.  There are very valid reasons why we have an electoral college.

Maybe but when they announce a winner and the polls aren't even closed yet out west, I find it hard to believe that the electoral college has picked someone that quick.

They are able to do so because some states, both red and blue, aren't even close and once either candidate passes the magical number they need to in order to reach 270 electoral votes, his or her victory is essentially certain.  There are enough swing states in the eastern time zone to be able to accurately predict the outcome of the election based on them alone.

My dislike of Hillary goes way back to when Bill was POTUS so it has nothing to do with what's going on currently. I will not vote for her just because she is a woman anymore than I would have voted for Obama just because he was black, which many people did.

Source checking is something YOU should be doing. This review is pretty clear on what a non-news entity Business Insider really is.

No, that's the way the sway voters....nothing more. There's no "oh, we didn't mean to tell you not to vote" going on here..it's TOTALLY telling you are calling the election so quit  voting.
