A 29 year old man put an 8 year old kid into a chokehold with a screwdriver at the Meadowbrook Payless store. . .

They are and I would have probably landed in jail for killing that guy for touching that kid.

Thankfully, the child is okay except for the mental trauma this idiot imposed, thanks to the efforts of a stranger.

This morning, the child's mother is looking for the man that, in her words, "pretty much saved his life."

Seems that this man was the one that physically forced the perp to let the child go, then as the rest of the crowd surrounded the perp he just slipped away without anyone knowing his name.

I sincerely hope that the mother finds this guy to thank him. He stepped up to the plate and prevented this child from being physically harmed or worse.

A good person! Hope he is found so he can be recognized for the good deed he did.
