A question and a few points: (followed by a comment)

According to the law in the state in which all of this took place, what is the age of consent?

According to the law, any type of physical, sexual in nature, contact with another human being (regardless of sex) is illegal when one or more of the individuals involved are under the age of consent. . . Whether they are related or not.

In some states, contact of a sexual nature between two consenting adults that are biologically related is indeed illegal as well.

Doesn't matter if the area(s) being "touched or otherwise placed into contact" are clothed or bare; to any degree.

Seems to me that a number of people around here that continuously cry for "personal responsibility" are indeed displaying a high degree of hypocrisy in this incident.

I would have done exactly what the Duggar did.
