Since last post, I have eaten some chicken fingers-yummy!  And "me", I suppose if it weren't for this blizzard, I could have gotten some of that veggie soup right?  lol.  I bet D & C got some!!

Potatoes steamed/fried (my version of light frying where I use a touch of margarine for flavor, but mostly use water to cook them through) and well seasoned w/smoked turkey sausage, green peppers and onions.
