yeah, i ran out of vegetarian deliciousness.  (fresh foods don't keep long...)  not to mention taht my almost mother-in-law brought over a truckload of cookies... mmm.... i hate when she does that to me... lolol....

you'd never know it by reading this thread, but i am weight paranoid.

potato skins, hold the bacon, add jalepenos. Yeah, it has cheese, but I'm a vegetarian, not vegan. I can eat cheese when Aaron's not around.

Really? I have something that I make that I guess you could call a casserole it has sliced potatoes, gravy, onions and topped w/pork chops...is that similar? It was Mom's recipe.
