Last thing I ate...Hummus. I made a batch of it and its all I've eaten since Sunday. I can't let it go to waste!

it is a nasal spray for chronic headaches, and sinus or allergy problems, made from the main ingredient of hot peppers.  google it.  i'd be willing to add my endorsement to the web site if anyone asked me.  i have had headache problems my whole life to the point i wouldn't leave my house w/out Excedrin.  was really a drag for so many years.  about 4 months ago, i heard about this stuff from an ad on sirius.  tried it.  works.

Interesting...I rarely get sinus headaches. I am a classic migraine case: blurred vision, nausea, sensitive to light and sound, throbbing that goes on for days...Does it work for them?

I would try it.  I never thought I had a sinus problem.  I get clusters mostly.  But there are several different formulas.  And it has eased the symptoms of any colds that I have had this winter.  It's really made a difference for me.  It's not cheap though.

Speakin' of headaches. I'm getting a hungry headache and an hour to go until lunch.  :-\

couple fistfulls of marshmallows + teaspoon of margarine + microwave for 15 sec. + rice krispies = mmmm... instant krispie treats.... for breakfast.... was out all day.... foraging for chow now....

had a salad the size of a dinner plate with adobo (spanish seasoning salt... )
