Did you make it from scratch or use a box? I had an aunt who use to make a homemade chocolate pudding pie. After she would stir the pudding, she would put it in a pie shell and then top it with meringue and bake it.

Homemade, and I made it in the microwave so clean up was easy.  ;D

I try not to use the box stuff.  Too many additives and artificial ingredients.

My daughter loves sherbet, especially orange.  I never really liked it.  The rest of the meal, minus the mushrooms, sounds good!

I really wanted raspberry sherbert but they were out so we settled on the rainbow.
