  A beautiful Angus beef roast, cooked for one hour.  With potatoes, carrots, onions, green pepper, mushrooms and water chestnuts for one more hour.  Tender and MMMMMMMMM!  Just good American cooking.

Hum, never thought about adding water chestnuts when I fix a roast that way but that does sound good.  Gonna go put them on my grocery list now.  :yes:

I'm having a glass of a California Moscato/Pinot Noir blend. I hadn't heard of it before, the bartender recommended it. He could have recommended snot covered dung beetles wrapped in slime and I woulda said, "make it a double". :biggrin: Yum on both counts :biggrin:
